Backstage at the American Gardens Theater in EPCOT Center there's a door where a wintery sign hangs that reads "Edward James Olmos"- he's performing his seventh Candlelight Processional reading for the 2010 Christmas weekend in one hour, and for the next thirty minutes he's agreed to sit down with me in his dressing room and discuss his life and career.
